Ice Rod is a trinket item dropped by enemies. Wearing trinkets, as well as having enemies drop them requires having obtained Combat Mastery.
Shoots an orb of ice every X seconds, freezing any enemies in its path for Y seconds. Can be reforged by using Anvil. After reforging, with luck item becomes "Perfect", with a new name to match - Perfect Ice Rod. With this version, it fires every 3 seconds, and freezes for 4 seconds.
