The Omni Geode is a Mineral deposit found primarily by breaking rocks in the Mines. It can be broken open at the Blacksmith for 25g or placed in a Geode Crusher to obtain the items inside. Omni Geodes can contain minerals, artifacts, ores, or basic resources. They can also be traded to the Desert Trader for a variety of items.
Note: Neither daily luck nor luck buffs affect the contents of an Omni Geode.
Locations
- Rocks in the Mines (Floors 21+) or Skull Cavern.
- Omni Geode Nodes in the Volcano Dungeon.
- Crates and barrels in the Mines (Floors 80+), Skull Cavern, or Volcano Dungeon.
- Dirt patches in the Mines or Skull Cavern.
- Carbon Ghost drop (99% chance).
- Haunted Skull drop (1.3% chance, only if all Vault Bundles are not complete).
- Wilderness Golem and Iridium Golem drop (5% chance, after reaching Combat Level 5).
- Panning in any area.
- Artifact Spots on Ginger Island.
- 1, 3, or 10 Omni Geodes can be produced by an Octopus Fish Pond when the population reaches 9.
- Up to 3 can be purchased from the Oasis on Wednesdays for 500g each.
- One can be purchased from Krobus' shop on Tuesdays for 300g.
- 5 Omni Geodes are the reward for completing the Geologist's Bundle in the Boiler Room.
- 3 Omni Geodes are one of the prizes from the Trout Derby.
- 8 Omni Geodes are the 18th prize from the Prize Machine.
- 5 or 10 Omni Geodes can be obtained from Skull Cavern treasure rooms.
- 2-4 Omni Geodes may occasionally be found in Supply Crates on the Beach Farm if the player upgraded the Farmhouse at least once.
- Crane Game in the Movie Theater lobby, during any season.
- The Garbage Can outside of the Museum.
- A fallen meteorite on the Farm will drop 2 Omni Geodes when mined.

Coal, copper ore, iron ore, and gold ore will be obtained in the following amounts: 30% for 1, 30% for 3, 30% for 5, 9% for 10, and 1% for 20. Stone has a 50% chance to use those values and a 50% chance to give only 1. Iridium Ore has a 30% chance for 1, 30% for 2, 30% for 3, 9% for 6, and 1% for 11. Only 1 clay can be obtained from a single geode.
