The Watermelon Band is a hat that can be purchased from the Abandoned House for 
1,000g after earning the "Mother Catch" Achievement (catch 100 fish). It can also be obtained from Emily's outfit services at the Desert Festival. Female players have a ~2% chance[1] to receive the outfit with the Watermelon Band.
