If you finish one of the community refurbishment Bundles, and then switch to Joja Community Development, you cannot get either achievement for refurbishing the town through the community or JojaMart.

The Joja Community Development Form serves as a replacement for the Bundles, allowing the player to refurbish the town by working with Joja Mart. Completion of this form results in the player receiving the Soda Machine.

It is worth noting that there is no "Friendship" reward like there is for the Bundles.

After each purchase, Morris will appear after the player goes to sleep, in a night cutscene with workers developing the purchased project. Rewards purchased through Joja Mart appear the same as the Community Center Bundles.
