A Duggy is an enemy found in the Mines. If you are attempting to use the hoe to get clay or cave carrots, avoid having them appear across multiple locations. The hoe can not be used on top of the holes that Duggies leave behind. Defeating 30 Duggies is a requirement for Monster Eradication Goals.
Behavior
Duggies travel through sandy areas of the floor, attempting to pop up and attack the player.
Strategy
Attack the Duggy once when it appears from behind, then keep moving. This prevents it from appearing directly under you and dealing unavoidable damage. Damage can be negated by blocking with a sword.
