Mayor’s Shorts. On Spring, year 1, you will get a letter in the mail saying that Mayor Lewis wants you to locate and return his Lucky Purple Shorts.Descetly. You can find the Shorts in Marnie’s bedroom and they can be used for more then just getting g in Stardew. In the Stardew Valley Fair, you can put them up in your grange display and Lewis will bribe you with 730 Star tokens to take it down. Also, you can put gold bars in a sewing machine with the shorts to get “ Gold Trimmed Shorts”. This also makes the Shorts wearable. They are universally hated when gifted unless given to the Mayor.
