The Pig is an animal in Stardew Valley. It is obtained by purchasing it from Marnie.
Produce
The Pig will produce Truffle every morning after being left outdoors, which sells for a base of 
500g Gold.
- Pigs are able to dig up truffles even when the game is paused, for instance, when the player is looking in their inventory,since farm animals are able to move when the game is paused.
Selling
It is possible to sell the Pig. The amount of gold obtained for doing so is dependent on how many hearts the animal has. The more hearts; the higher amount of gold fetched for selling it. The amount of gold obtained for selling a maximum-heart Pig is 20,528g.
