Merperson

The merpeople are creatures that sometimes appear in the Ocean. The Wizard refers to them in his dialogue at the Luau.
Very rarely, a merperson might appear under the left-most pier at The Beach, and then swim south. They are purely cosmetic and cannot be caught by fishing.
