The Fossilized Spine can be obtained on Ginger Island in a variety of ways, including fishing in the river next to the Dig Site.
Bone Mill
The Fossilized Spine can be turned into Basic Fertilizer, Quality Fertilizer, Speed-Gro, Deluxe Speed-Gro or Tree Fertilizer in the Bone Mill.
Tailoring
Fossilized Spine is used in the spool of a Sewing Machine to create the Skeleton Shirt.
